What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, practice or clinic name, state, your role (veterinarian, staff, horse owner or trainer), what you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record the page you were on, the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters), and the time of submission.
Like most websites, we collect standard technical information about visits (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, referring site) through Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags it loads.
How we use it
- To respond to your request: a member of the team or customer service contacts you about Alpha2EQ®, protocols, kits, pricing or meeting at an event.
- To send you information about Alpha2EQ® by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the site and our campaigns perform and to show relevant advertising to people who have visited the site.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are stored in Klaviyo, our customer relationship and email platform. Site analytics and advertising measurement are handled by Google and by the media partners running our campaigns (for example Meta and LinkedIn), each under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies and similar technologies set by Google Tag Manager and our advertising partners are used for analytics and to measure and target advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your choices

Security and retention
We use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards and keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our relationship, or as required by law.
